A healthy home
But what are the ideal temperatures and humidity levels to maintain in a home?
To be comfortable at home, it is advisable to live in a house or apartment where the temperature is 19°C in the living room, dining room, bedroom (except for baby's room which can be between 19°C and 21°C). You can go up to 21 or 22°C in the bathroom. And regarding the humidity level, European standards are between 30 and 70% hygrometry.
